  15.      _A_d_d__d_i_s_k enables you to add an extra SCSI disk to a system if the disk is
  16.      on an integral SCSI controller (i.e., it can not be used for disks
  17.      attached to VME SCSI controllers).

  19.      The _d_i_s_k__n_u_m_b_e_r option must be specified if you are not adding the
  20.      default ID of 2; similarly the controller and lun must be specified if
  21.      other than 0.

  23.      The _A_d_d__d_i_s_k command creates the required directory, makes the
  24.      appropriate device file links, makes a new filesystem, does the required
  25.      mount operation, and adds the appropriate entry to /_e_t_c/_f_s_t_a_b.

  27.      Appropriate checks are made for filesystems already existing on the
  28.      common partitions (0, 6, and 7).  If they are present, you are asked if
  29.      you want to proceed before a filesystem is made.  If the answer is no,
  30.      _A_d_d__d_i_s_k exits.

  33.      Older versions of this command worked only with controller 0, and used a
  34.      default mount point of /_d_i_s_k#, where # was the SCSI ID.  This version
  35.      uses /_d_i_s_k##, where the first # is the controller and the second is the
  36.      SCSI ID.

  38.      _A_d_d__d_i_s_k is a shell script and can be used as a template to determine
  39.      what is necessary.  The volume header on the disk must already have been
  40.      initialized with the _f_x(1M) program.
